3. Two members of the Governing Body
4. Principal (Day College)
5. Two elected members from the subscribers of both the teaching and non-teaching staff.

5. Two elected members from the subscribers of both the teaching and non-teaching staff.

Building Committee according to the UGC :

1. Principal of the College
2. Vice-Principal
3. A rep. of the affiliating University
4. A rep of the CPWD/PWD not below the rank of Asstt. Engineer.
5. Two representatives of the teachers of the college. In case of Staff Quarters, a rep of non-teaching staff should also be included.
6. A rep from user teaching department.
7. A rep each from Administration and Accounts Division.
8. The Architect engaged by the College.
