SC/ST

15% of the seats in each course are reserved for
candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and 7.5% for Scheduled Caste
and 7.5% for Scheduled Tribes. For admission to these seats, candidates
should get themselves registered in the appropriate cell in Delhi
University.

2. |
War
Widows : |
|
5% of the seats of each course are reserved for the
children/widows/wives of officers and men of the Armed Forces including
paramilitary personnel (i) killed or disabled in action. These cases
of the wives/widows/children of officers and men of the Armed Forces
including para-military cpersonnel who(ii) died/were disabled while
on duty, will be considered for admission against the 5% seats in
the courses reserved for the wives/widows /children of the officers
and men of the Armed Forces including para-military personnel killed
or disabled in action, If any seat remains vacant after admission
of persons of the (i) category.

Physically
handicapped: |
|
3% seats in all undergraduate and Post graduates
institutions (including Professional and Technical Institutions)
will be reserved for candidates with physical disabilities.

reservation may be allocated as follows :- |

for person with low vision or blindness. |
(
ii ) |

for hearing impaired. |
(
iii ) |

for those with loco motor disabilities and / or cerebral palsy. |

Other Backward Classes (OBC)

27% of the total seats in each course are reserved for candidates belonging to O.B.C. candidates.

5. |
Sports
: |
|
Some seats (not exceeding 5%) are reserved for outstanding
sports persons. Selection for which is done on the recommendation
of the College Sports Committee.

Other
Criteria for Admission :- |
|
No person who has been convicted of any offence involving
moral turpitude, shall be admitted to a course of study or permitted
to take any examination of the University until a period of 2 years
has elapsed from the date of expiry of the sentence imposed on him/her.
